Voting Polls Open: 2008 Food Blog Awards
Each year, we come here and tell you how hard the judging was. Because each year, it’s true. It seems to get harder as the years pass — there are so many wonderful food and drink blogs out there, it is incredibly hard to whittle the nominations down to just five in each category.
Over the course of the last week, the judges have been tirelessly looking at each and every blog you nominated, and the lively debates ensued quickly as we each took up for some of our favorites. Before we reveal the Top 5 nominations for the 2008 Food Blog Awards, on behalf of The Well Fed Network, I would like to thank the judges and our behind-the-scenes crew for all their hard work.
And now, we present the Top 5 nominations in the 2008 Food Blog Awards. The polls are open and will accept votes up until Saturday, January 24th at 8 pm EST. Because our polls were a bit delayed tonight due to last minute decision-making, we extended the voting period. Only votes done on the polls in the below links count. You are, of course, welcome to leave comments in support of your favorite sites; just know that that has no bearing on the outcome, as it is all tabulated by the polls in the below links. Official winners will be announced on Monday, January 26th.
