Kaylyn’s Kitchen continues to be my go-to blog for delicious, practical & healthful recipes. Her site is so well-organized that I can always find either what I’m looking for, or an inspiration.
http://kalynskitchen.blogspot.com/

BBQ Pit Boys also have a website: http://barbecueweb.com/ that has links to videos on their YouTube blog, just in case YouTube blogs don’t count.

I nominate Smitten Kitchen:

http://smittenkitchen.com/

Consistently beautiful food with a wide variation of recipes and flavors that inspire cooking at home.

I just love jen, jeremy, kaweah and the snowy colorado rockies!

I just love jen, jeremy, kaweah and the snowy colorado rockies!

Steamy Kitchen, unique recipes, gorgeous photos, helpful hints (see: how to open a pomegranate) from one of the most engaging bloggers I’ve stumbled across: http://steamykitchen.com/

http://www.foodgawker.com

i know this isn’t technically a blog in-and-of itself, more of a food-blog hub; however, w/ out foodgawker, i would have NEVER found some of the amazing blogs that i was addicted to in 2008.

I swear by http://www.flanboyanteats.com. Bren does great Latin and other fusion recipes and shares her world travels with us.. That girl gets around. Oh, and she offers some vids and style too!

I have to nominate Flanboyant Eats… It’s on the daily “must read” list.

http://www.flanboyanteats.com

Flanboyant Eats is the best website for the on the go sassy cook. Ms. Herrara gives easy to follow, quick meals with a Cuban twist. You even get to learn a few Spanish words. I love it! Hands down the best cooking blog website of the year!

Once again B has gone far beyond the food blogging era with her site. She does a wonderful job presenting and writing amazing stories. Go B!

I put the website in the wrong place.. Here is the link to Chef b’s awesome site. Always with bright new stories and recipes.

I just love her blog :D

I have 42 blogs I keep up with, and if I were forced to only read one, it would be Deb at Smitten Kitchen.
http://smittenkitchen.com/

http://lucullian.blogspot.com/

The best food blog by far. She is there almost 365 days a year and her random thoughts, healthy but delicious recipes and beautiful photography are very entertaining.

My daily food p0rn fix generally comes from http://www.notquitenigella.com

http://prudencepennywise.blogspot.com/

Great, simple recipes, easily followed, with clear budgets laid out for each menu. This blog is quite timely, an invaluable resource to keep entertaining, eating well, and enjoying food through the current economic recession.

This could have been a nominee for Blog of the Year on its own merits — made even more relevant by current events, it was the first that came to my mind for nomination.

Flanboyanteats is definitely the food blog of the year. Brenda is amazing and makes cooking interesting for amateur cooks like myself.

http://www.flanboyanteats.com/

I would like to nominate Lorraine from Not Quite Nigella:

http://www.notquitenigella.com/

as the best food blog. She did lots of effort in decoration, trying recipes and even giving tips in cooking. Even when she failed, she would wrote it down and explain her fault. She also able to made her readers laugh in her entrieds and reply to comments. Her blog is only 2 years oldm but she got amazing mouthwatering pictures.
