Winter Wonder: Tezon Mistletoe

Tequila, pomegranate and Champagne combine in the Mistletoe for a stunning holiday libation. This cocktail is perfect for elegant holiday affairs and intimate occasions when you want to impress your guests with something beyond the average. If fresh pomegranate juice is a little too much work for you there are many bottled varieties available thanks to its explosion in popularity over recent years. I’ve also substituted PAMA for the juice for an even livelier concoction.
- 1 oz Tequila Tezón Blanco
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1/2 oz fresh pomegranate juice
- Mumm Champagne
- pomegranate seeds for garnish
Pour the tequila, triple sec and pomegranate juice in a chilled Champagne flute. Fill with Champagne. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
