As if we all need another reason to get ourselves over to the Caribbean … Chef Eric Ripert and his colleagues (none other than Anthony Bourdain, Dean Fearing, Ingrid Hoffman, Laurent Manrique, Michel Richard and Laurent Tourondel) are throwing a Cayman Cookout in January in, you guessed it, the Cayman Islands. Escape the winter doldrums and hop a flight to sunny skies. This epicurean event takes place at the Ritz-Carlton from January 16-19, 2009 and will include tastings, wine seminars, demonstrations and more.
