In order to prevent losing all the votes that had been cast in the previous six hours, we determined that the best and fairest way to handle it was simply to remove the unqualified blog. That way only the votes cast for that blog would be lost. If we added a blog now, that blog would be at a six hour disadvantage, which would not be fair either. We apologize for the inconvenience.
