I didn’t need People Magazine to tell me that Tom Colicchio, Head Judge from Bravo TV’s Top Chef, was one of the sexiest men, because, quite simply, he is hot; but luckily, in their recent annual issue of the Sexiest Men, it has been confirmed.  While actor Matt Damon landed the coveted cover spot of 2007 Sexiest Man Alive, our dear Tom is featured inside.  Swoon.

The 45-year-old chef explained that food is sexy “because it brings people together.”  Amen to that.  He admits that he is flattered by the attention he gets as a reality TV sex symbol, but reminds us all that he is happily married (wife is writer/director Lori Silverbush).

In the article, he shares his 5 Sexy Foods:

1.  Steak.  “Real simple; just sear to medium rare and serve with great wine.”

2.  Oysters.  “I think anything raw has sex appeal.”

3.  Mangoes.  “It’s not the mango itself; it’s where it brings you.  When I think mangoes, I think about sitting on a beach.”

4.  Whipped Cream.  “I don’t think a bowl of whipped cream is sexy - it’s what you do with it.”

5.  Chocolate Sauce.  “It has to be dark chocolate.  Really good dark chocolate has an almost bitter taste to it that feels deep and mysterious.
