I agree with your conclusion but I think you may be exagerating some. Where is your evidence that animals in feed lots produce methane and animals on grass don't? Can you offer your facts on this question as I have long wondered?

Tnank you for operating a grass-fed, certified organic farm! As someone who has devoted my life to researching cancer prevention, there is NO WAY I would allow my children to eat conventionally grown beef, yet they love and crave beef. Thanks to those like you, that hold morals higher than money, I can prepare them their favorites!

I have analyzed the studies (including those that show the powerful cancer-fighting fat CLA to be much more abundant in grass fed animals), but it did not take these studies to convince me on the foods I prefer for my children. The European Union countries do not allow the hormones we use on conventially grown cattle or dairy cows, and in most of these countries the life expectancy is longer than that of the U.S. Hmmmm. If the Europeans do not find what we do acceptable for their children, I don't either!

With all due respect to your argument, fat doesn't make estrogen. If you wish for your argument to be taken seriously, then be correct!
