					<description>I only read your receipe and intended to fwd to someone new on the gluten free diet but I was afraid they would get confused when it called for flour and did not specify.  For an old timer it means rewriting it with actual changes and not leaving it to chance in case a friend or family member tried to cook and feed this to a celiac.  That well intended gesture could cause a bad reaction if they did not know how to convert to gluten free ingredients.  Only my opinion!  Dee Stark</description>
