Colleen Patrick of Compassionate Cooks made a vegan cooking DVD three years ago - it was the first of its kind, and it's fabulous. You can see a clip on her website or buy it http://www.compassionatecooks.com. As with a lot of what she does, it says vegetarian (to draw in the larger crowds), but it's all vegan.
