I love whoope pies, which are great for kids birthday parties. I wrote about whoopie pies on the Kids Cuisine site for the April 27, 2007 post.

The recipe you included is a little different than mine...I didn't see any type of oil or lard (Crisco) used. I'll have to try your version.
