					<description>Sriracha is good stuff for sure. I would also recommend that folks take a look at the hottest hot sauces in the world (as measured by scoville units) and the list winners of the scovie award.

					<description>That's great. I usually sauté cabbage with butter and just sprinkle with salt but that sounds like a good addition. I'll have to try it. Thanks!</description>

					<description>This really isn't a "recipe" and it's certainly not Thai, but it's how we fix sauteed cabbage.  Sautee as much green cabbage as you want with a little oil (in our house, it's olive), right at the end, put in a dose of sriracha (to taste) and sprinkle with sesame seeds.  Any leftovers WILL be hotter the next day and  even hotter the next.  But still really good....</description>
