Food Network Does DVDs

Rachael Ray DVDAwhile ago, I ran across some DVDs of Rachael Ray’s 30-Minute Meal episodes from the Food Network and I wondered when they started making them. Then in the past week, similar DVDs with a 2007 date were added to NetFlix and then I saw this press release. I think we have a new Food Network product on our hands!

The press release informs us that Warner Music Group Corp.’s U.S. sales and retail distribution company and Scripps Networks (HGTV, Food Network, and others) “announced an exclusive agreement to market and distribute select DVD titles of programs from Scripps Networks’ line of lifestyle brands.”

The partnership began with Food Network programs, including “30 Minute Meals” with Rachael Ray, “Paula’s Home Cooking” featuring Paula Deen, “Boy Meets Grill” hosted by Bobby Flay and “Quick Fix Meals” with Robin Miller. Titles coming in the future include shows from HGTV, DIY Network, Fine Living Network and Great American Country (GAC). You can check out all the currently available titles here.

This just made my entire family’s Christmas shopping much easier.
