The blog is great, but when she cooks it’s awesome, anyone lucky enough to sit at her table develops a Pavlovian response to the mere suggestion of her culinary delights.

Brilynn at Jumbo Empanadas has enthusiasm, the willingness to jump in and try almost anything foodwise, great photos & recipes, and she visits other blogs always giving a positive bent to her comments. Her blog makes me smile.
