Where did eGullet wind up in the voting?
It’s wonderful to see attention being paid to the moral questions that surround our food…always a sensitive subject for the American public. In my work at an ethics institute, we are aware that most issues that surround any controversial topic are both layered and loaded. This site brings such issues to public attention in a gentle, non-preachy way, with nice photos and great recipes thrown in for fun! The ‘news gathering’ is the greatest!
