David is absolutely amazing -so energetic, fun to read, full of wonderful advice and recipes. Truly loves what he does and it is apparent in his work! Good Luck,David!
David Lebovitz is an exceptionally talented pastry chef, chef and observer of peoples eating habits. His beloved second home, “The City of Light”, Paris, is his canvas and his reportage of it is nothing short of a peek into the world that is French gastronomy. His blog runs the gamit from extrordinary culinary finds to travels throughout France and the US with a focus on his love of Paris. From start to finish you will get insightful tips for preparing delicious recipes to the real lowdown about shopping in the world of fashion that is Paris. David’s recipes are flawless and having prepared plenty of them myself I can attest to their accuracy. I appreciate his communicative and friendly voice and am always happy to find his newsletter in my inbox. When I am asked to recommend a food blog, his is always the first to my mind. In addition, his links page is so extensive you will find enough there to keep you occupied for as long as you desire. Thanks David, for all the inspiration and for setting the standard for everyone to follow.

I always enjoy taking time out to read David’s blog. There is a lot of good information and recipes, but he has such a humorous way of writing it always brightens my day.
I randomly came across Adian Brooks and have checked in regularly for a few months now.
I was as fond of his willingness to describe his occasional less-than-successful experiences as a culinary student, as his pleasure with the successes.
Thank you for including me in such a line-up as this! Zow. I can’t imagine I will win against a thrice published cookbook author… but it’s lovely to be considered in these people’s rank.
dAVID IS SO CHATTY.. HIS ENERGY IS INFECTIOUS. i ALWAYS LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING ABOUT HIS LATEST ADVENTURES AND SEEING THE PHOTOS OF PARIS.
Shuna at Eggbeater combines lovely prose, excellent technical information with some of the personal side of being a chef. Her passion for cusine and for passing that love and knowledge to others through cooking, through blogging, through teaching is there to see every time she posts.
I voted from my pc at work. Several of my c0-workers have since tried to vote too, but they get a message stating that they’ve already voted, even though they haven’t. It seems unfair that you’ll accept only one vore per corporation.

I have just started receiving David’s blog (having met him this summer) and am wondering how I did without reading this before now! Besides being well-informed, a veritable travel writer/wonderful chef, he is just so much fun and that comes through on the blog! Makes my day when it arrives!

David’s blog has great pictures of ideal culinary moments. I feel that I am able to vicariously experience all that David describes. His chocolate adventures are devastating; I dig around the house for a fix after I’ve read his blog. I also love to read about things I wouldn’t dare eat; I get the experience without disgust. He’s awesome.
David’s blog is stunning. I have spent a lot time reading. Read his bio, very interesting!

She shares insights about cooking and life: the happy, sad, melancholy, terrifying and funny, important and trivial. She is brave. Some of her posts have been very helpful to me during difficult times. Thanks, Shuna
Shuna is everyperson’s food blogger–no pretense, just knowledge, sensuality and a ho lotta passion, all complementing by her always beautiful, sometimes stunning photographs.
“it is set to accept one vote per IP to ensure tha fairest voting possible.”
But that isn’t fair; none of my friends at work were allowed to vote. We all have different ip addresses.
Chef David Lebovitz is a credit to culinary arts and all things relating to the passion for food.
As a professional chef from the “old school”, I cannot recommend his website enough to amateurs and professionals alike.
Bonne Chance, mon frere!
