Choosing a candidate for best restaurant review blog was easy. I just imagined the blogger that I envied the most and the answer was obvious: Mmm-yoso. Mmm-yoso seems to take full advantage of living in a food paradise. The pictures aren’t fit for a glossy food magazine but the adventures more than make up for that. Mmm-yoso’s reviews are always informative. He has the opportunity to eat a variety of foods that sadly I can only dream of.

Food reviews here examine the life that surrounds the food in addition to the food. http://www.hungrymag.com/

www.chowmaster.com provides thorough reviews and great pictures of the NYC restaurant scene and always seems to be just a few steps ahead of mr. bruni in terms of posting thoughts on the newest places.

Food reviews by Seth Chadwick are always worth reading. He is thorough, articulate and informative. He pulls no punches and tells it like he sees and tastes it.
This is one dedicated food blogger and deservies the highest praise possible.

Posts are infrequent but cover all kinds of restaurants, even in the (gasp) suburban areas of DC. The archives are extensive and I really enjoy the top 5 list (which includes some affordable places).

Without a doubt the reviews at Robotic Gourmand are worth reading. Whether you’re looking for a $100 dinner date with your wife, or a $8 sandwich, they’re at www.roboticgourmand.com

Great reviews on Seattle restaurants.

My favorite local restaurant review blog-site is www.roboticgourmand.com
Great writing, great photos and 9 times out of 10 I totally agree with the reviews. The photos really give you a visual taste of the dish they represent.

Living in the Seattle area, www.roboticgourmand.com is my personal favorite in terms of the detailed local reviews and great food photography. Before trying a new restaurant, I always check comments and suggestions on www.roboticgourmand.com first.

The restaurant reviews are thorough, honest and so descriptive you can taste them, so I hereby nominate http://eat2love.wordpress.com

I nominate http://eattolove.wordpress.com because the reviewer’s descriptions are so vivid in detail and honest, you feel like you were there with her.

I don’t agree with everything they say, but how can I not vote for the entertaining guys who live just down the road from me and review the places I go to and work in. It’s Food & Drink In London.

http://eat2love.wordpress.com - Much more than the usual reviews, she makes it personal.

I would like to nominate mmm-yoso. He tries and reports on restaurants in San Diego that I normally would not venture find. I now have a list that I pull out when I am traveling around the city, hungry and in need of a little food adventure.

Jeanne knows all the culinary delights both within Europe as well as further afield. This is because she always combines travelling with fine dining. If you need any advice of where to eat exquisitely, ask Jeanne or visit Jeanne’s blog on http://cooksister.typepad.com!
