<a href="http://chefclub.net/blog/videos/tearless-onion-chopping" rel="nofollow">Onions Make You Cry"</a>
It educated me because I didn't know how to cut an onion and it taught me how to cut it without crying.
It made me laugh because I couldn't do it properly and I ended up with a mushed up onion on the floor.
It made me cry because that's what onions do... they make you cry if you don't cut them the way this blog post shows you to!

I know the nominations are closed. But it would be unfortunate if DallasFood.org's expose of Noka Chocolate wasn't considered.

This made me cry and was so memorable and inspiring. Good food writing must contain elements of the personal because food IS personal, but Molly from Orangette knows just how much to mix in to keep us hooked.
